Pathetic Fureka Forbes After Sales Service

RO Water Complaint Complaint Date: May 25, 2016
My RO water filter(Aquaguard Magna RO+UV) is not working and I have lodged a complaint with customercare. The product is under AMC but the service engineer is not turning up even after repeatative phone calls/reminders to the customer care. Every time they are saying like the engineer will visit shortly but no one turns up .
Few days back too the same issue happened with the filter and the same old drama from customer care.
When I ask them the service centre no, they either disconnect the call or provide me an invalid number.M
