RO Water Complaint Complaint Date: December 12, 2016
6 months back we purchased Dr Aquaguard ro uv water purifier,from day one we are facing problems.on purchase within 3 days it got repaired 3 times and they changed some spare parts of it.In 6 months of time it gor repaired for 4-5 times.last week ie..on dec 5th we again gave complaint on this but till now nobady has responded.we need to call again again to the customer care asking to send person their response is also poor.fed up of this water purifier.service is very bad .we wrote a mail to the head office and they are also not responding to our mails,we had paid Rs 17500 for this.its not worth. so need refund of the money and take back their so called water purifier.

    hi,

    such a branded company but sevice and the product is very very bad.as of now its in warranty but after that i need to call every 2 months for repair and pay lumsome money f replacement of the spares.wont agree with this, pls refund our ammount.not happy with the purifier nor your service team.
    they repaired nd solved the problem they didnt say anything but got a message that they have changed the spares worth 350 rs..the product is in warranty after that what..so pls i dont need ur filter need my ammount.
