HAVE ORDERED A WATER LILY RO ON 18-10-19. IN THAT THEY HAVE MENTION THAT TWO DAYS DELIVERY AND SAME INSTALLATION FREE . MY NAME IS SEJAL PUROHIT FROM CHENNAI . BUT SIR I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WITHIN TWO DAYS THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON 9-11-19 AND WHEN I ASK TO JALDIFATAFAT EXECUTIVE THEY SAID ME THAT DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED BECAUSE WE WONT DELIVER IN CHENNAI THEN ALSO I AGREED NO PROBLEM WILL PAY 400 EXTRA AFTER THAT WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND PAID WHOLE . I ASKED FOR INSTALLMENT HE SAID SORRY MAM WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND AN ENGINEER AT YOUR LOCATION FOR INSTALLATION . I TOLD THAT YOU WOULD HAVE INFORMED ME FIRST SO THAT I HAVEN'T PLACED THE PLACE THEN I SUGGEST ME TO CALL AN ENGINEER FROM YOUR SIDE WILL PAY 300 TO YOU AND ALSO IO CALLED AN ENGINEER HE ASK ME TO PAY 400 I SAID OK AND WHEN WE UNBOX THE PRODUCT ONE ITEM WAS MISSING NAMED MEMBRANE FILTER HE TOLD ME SEND YOU ON TUESDAY AND TODAY IS TODAY THEY HAVEN'T . THEY ARE ASKING THREE MORE DAYS THAT WE WILL SEND BUT I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I ALREADY FACED MANY PROBLEMS NOW I DON'T WANT TO.
