Need refund for product: Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD RO+UV

I have purchased the product "Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD RO+UV" online using eurekaforbes.com and only product got delivered on time because it was COD.
1. Then installation took 15 days to install it I kept calling these guys and they keep sending people on phone no one came and installed.
2. After month or so it started having problem, kept complaint for that no one fixed for 20 days, still problem is not fixed.
3. Send couple of emails to shopping@eurekaforbes.com,
shopping@eurekaforbes.co.in,
deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.com no one is taking it serious.
4. Still Product is not good, I think its having problem I do not want to keep this bad or product having issues.

I would like to get my money back as this product having lots of issue or I can say completely broken.
