MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ON EURAKA FORBS WATER PURIFIER

Purchased a Eureka Borbs water purifier on Mar 2015. But machine was having some manufacturing defects wich got detected on Nov2015 and informed to Eureka Forbs - service person came and put a black tape (used for insulation work) on it and gone.
After that several calls are made to Eureka forbs but no permanent silution given ---- THIS IS DRINKING WATER, I AM NOT SURE TODAY WHETHER WATER COMING OUT OF THE MAGNA MACHINE (UREKA FORBS) IS PURE OR NOT !
I HAVE GOT BIG QUESTION MARK ON EUREKA FORBS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY.

I want to lodge a legal complaint against UREKA FORBS so that solution can be drawn almost 6 months I am fighting for my CONSUMER RIGHT.
