Livpure no service engineer visited for service request

I have raised a service request for water taste different to livpure on March 15 and no service engineer visited home till today(23 March). I have called customer care daily and called area head Sathish kumar 9810814236. Everytime I called he keeps saying will send someone today to resolve the issue but no one visited yet. My machine under ACMC warranty for 2 years. If they not ready to do service then I would like to get refund of the ACMC amount. Kindly help me on this.
