Kent water filter is loot and poor quality

Kent RO Sytems are of poor quality. The system installed on 21/03/15 again started leaking water from Carbon filter on 10/03/2016. This filter has been changed four times since 21/03/15. One time they charged Rs 400/- on 08/10/2015 and Rs 500/- on 10/03/2016 towards replacement of this Carbon filter as these were blast. I have never seen 25% increase of any product just in 5 months. Sedimentation filter also chocked due to poor service given by service engg. as told by their service engg. They also do not issue any proper bill that means it seems company is not depositing govt. taxes. Only advance copy of payment collection they issue.
