Kent RO water tank damaged by service person

I am a Kent RO Grand+ user from 23.02.12. Machine Serial no is KR120106221. I have complaint against the service provider in Kolkata " M/s ALEX Home Appliances".

From the date of purchase the machine was under the full AMC of M/s "ALEX Home appliances". 23.02.12-22.02.13 under Warranty, 28.02.13-29.03.16 under ALEX Home appliances(renewed 3 times worth Rs.4200, 4500, and 4600 respectively).They also forced us to buy external iron filters for Rs 1190 and we had no choice but to accept. Before 29.03.2016 their service person visited for cleaning and have damaged one of the water tank hanging arrangement(moulded at the backside of water tank). Now the unit was resting on single support which also cracked due to weight of water.
Now they are demanding rs 1750 for replacing the tank which was damaged entirely due to the carelessness of the service guy.
On contacting the service manager of alex he is forcing the same on us. If the tap or other parts would have damaged we are ready to pay because we are regularly using it. But if the tank support is broken then it is either due any manufacturing defect or damaged by the service engineer only because he is the only guy dismantling the unit for service. Moreover the service manager is very rough in behavoiur and treating the customers very badly.
Several phone calls and discussions done with the local service provider and also informed customer care of Kent but everybody is trying to make us pay for their mistake.
Ultimately I am unable to renew the AMC as this matter cannot be solved since a month.
Please help to arrange the replacement of the tank FOC from kent.
