Sir, I purchased Kent RO servicing AMC from Satsuguru Enterprise, Telebanda Raipur Chhattisgarh through there service representative Vicky Sharma. Out of lot of AMC plans I opted for RS. 4800/- with a deal of complimentary replacement of membrane and filters along with any faulty products during the period. After two servicing my pump was not working it was changed and they charged 3500/- for the same stating that only filters and membrane will be replaced complementary. but after that in spite of repeated complaint they are not responding to my service request. I want complaint of cheating, misleading marketing and mental agony against them.
