HUL Pureit ultima ro+UV issue

Dear Sir,

I have Pureit ultima ro + UV water purifier in warranty period. But since last 3/4 months it's gkk sensors not working and showing fully working indications. I logged the complaint to cc of hul, the technician visited my place and tried to convince us that there is no issue in the filter. I have the working experience of national level drinking water laboratory and standards while working with WHO and USEPA. I told him that it's not true and ask technical queries and his was not able to answer and left. Since I called three times to cc of hul but they did not assign my job to any personal. My warranty getting expire in next month. These people are only interested in paid jobs and absolutely nothing did for the issue I am facing since last 3/4 months. I am getting harazed and frusted why I bought the product of hul. If its not getting serviced properly the purpose of using the product vanishes and may cause health issue to our family. Why I should not file serious case against the hul service and technical personnel.
