I bought nasaka RO system on 19/06/2021 , and from the same day i am facing service problem.
1. for installing the RO system i have called them many times but they didnt arrange my installation, and after 8 to 10 days they arrange local RO Service man to install it.
2. After 4 months from the date of installation i'm calling the customer care continuously for schedule my SERVICE. but again they will arrange a local Ro service man from my city(Abu-Road, Sirohi) after 7months. He told me that your RO motor, Filter and membrane is not working properly and i have no rights to change it so you pls call customer care to replace your RO system.
3. i am calling from last 5 months to replace my RO but they told me every time that our service eng. will visit tomorrow and there is no response yet.
4. customer care person gives me this number 7014873116 for services.
but this person everytime said that Abu Road is far from my place so do it what ever you want i will not come or not arrange any service person.
5. customer care gives me seniors number for better solution. His name is brijesh 9950443805, I called him but he said the same thing and disconnect the call.
6. my recent complaint number isNK202208050063.
Please Help me, and resolve my issue sir.
