Dr. Aquaguard Magna not working, Quality issue, Poor service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I purchased Water purifier (Dr. Aquaguard Magna) from Eureka Forbes on 07-07-2015. The product is under warranty. It is giving us problem since starting. Service provider is not giving us proper service, we are not satisfied with their service. Water Purifier stops working every now & then. We lodge several complaint about the same, with in 1 or 2 day of technician visit the purifier stops working. Technician failed to repair it as it stops working after few days of repair. it is giving us only trouble not pure water. We are fade up of lodging complaints as we have to lodge complain frequently. I requested Eureka forbes technician & their customer care center several time to please replace the old defective product by new one. Eureka forbes technicians are telling us to replace defected components at your own cost orally. I tried to escalate the issue through their website but that is not working. Now i want our money back as new machine will also give the same problem
