RO Water Complaint

We have purchased the Water Purifier of Brand Eureka Forbes in month of august 2020 for Rs 11300. The product found defected and stopped working from purchase of 10-15 days. we have raised several of complaints with eureka forbes customer care, they send their service executive after 3 to 4 days as they donot have any concern with the problem of customer which they are facing. After sales service of this product is very bad as they have limited agent to attend the complaint of customer as one of their customer care executive told me "Mam sorry for inconvenience as all our executive are booked for attending customer complaint" so it will delayed by 3-4 days.
From August 2020 to till date we have called their customer executive for repair of product but their executive told there is no problem in product and without attending the problem they internal update the status that problem is resolved. After so many complaint we have raised complaint for replacement of product on 11.oct. 2020 as our product is under warranty. They have registered our complaint for replacement but action has been taken by them.
Sir I request you please help us to replace our product we have purchased this product with our hard earn money we can’t waste this money.
Please it’s my humble request to take action in this matter.
