Dear Sir/Madam,
We have purchased Annual Mantainence Contract(AMC) from Ganga Pure RO Service on 3rd Dec 2017, Reciept No:2794 Registered at below address:
H-25 Kamal Tower, Top Floor, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092

Just after 2 weeks RO is not working from 20-Dec-17 and regigistered complaint with the Ganga RO Services on 20Dec17 and we tried a lot and after 3 days service person came on 22-Dec-17 and opened the RO and took the faulty display to get it replaced by max 24-Dec-17.
We are trying to reach the company and all sales representative but no-one is responding and not even picking the calls.
We paid Rs- 5300/- Via Cheque-753411 Citibank Drawn on 7th Dec by the said company to the said company but we are felt cheated. RO is kept open and all parts have been left disassembled by the service Person Named Dimple Contact: (8882272672) and no-one is responding.
We are cheated much and need immediate action on the service provider and the compensation paid in lieu of AMC Contract.

I am staying in Dubai purchased this AMC from the Service Agent (Mithun Contact-9560581773) of Ganga Pure RO services for my family so taht they don't have to face any difficulties in my absence.
Its a week now and we are paying RS-150/- day for water purchase and no use of paying for the AMC to the service provided. Which was assured will be taken care on same day if issue occurs.

    I purchased Amc from Ganga pure Ro Sevice, on 24/01/20018 for one year.
    I paid Rs-4200/ for this service.
    Now i am calling in there providing numbers but numbers are not working..
    There is no information about this company on net.
    Please help to get out of this matter.
    I want my money back or one year satisfied service from the company.
