I bought Kent pearl mineral RO WATER PURIFIER WITH SERIAL NO. KR141215728.
FROM BHOLI BROS ,HALL BAZAR , AMRITSAR INVOICE NUMBER T10486 Date of purchase is 13/7/15.
Date of installation is 14/7/15.
From the day of installation this system had a lot of complaints and for which complaints were registered at your local service centre at Amritsar plus many times at your toll free Kent number.
e.g.complaint number 160420-02605 ,16062800081 and so on.
On an average every month multiple complaints for the same have been registered in the first year of purchase
THE RO SYSTEM SOLD BY KENT IS STILL BREAKING DOWN.
NOTE : I LIVE IN CENTRAL REVENUE COLONY LAWRENCE ROAD AMRITSAR WHICH IS POSH AREA IN AMRITSAR WITH VERY GOOD QUALITY WATER FED INTO RO SYSTEM SO KINDLY DONT GIVE THE EXCUSE THAT WATER BEING FED INTO RO SYSTEM MIGHT BE FAULTY.
YOUR SERVICE ENGINEERS AT KENT SERVICE CENTRE AMRITSAR PRIVATELY ADMIT THAT RO SYSTEM MACHINE SOLD TO ME IS DEFECTIVE AND THIS IS THE SOLE REASON FOR FREQUENT BREAKING DOWN OF MACHINE.
KINDLY REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE MACHINE
