We have purchased a KKENT RO on 26/10/2016 from Sai aqua Bhawanipatna.After that within the period of warranty they changed certain parts and take money for that than on 17/11/2017 they changed certain parts and took 1200 inr as charges and informed us now its completely ok but we found that evenaftet two weeks the RO not working than we again called them aftet examining they told RO is not working so we suspect that this people are playing mischief and cheating we confronted them that when you inspected on 17/11 why didnot you informed us about RO mistake.Sincethan they are not attending our calls.This matter may be looked into and such notorious service providers should be blacklisted.Our main concerned is that how RO will not function within 13 months before according to them the RO we are using is local made but after 5 years also that is working so KENT is a renouned branded company its product howcome within 13 months RO will stop functioning.it implies the company providing substandard material or the service provider doing some mischief in any case the consumer nees protection so this matter brought to your notice for your consideration.
