Defect in Kent Water Purifier

I have purchased a Kent Pearl Water Purifier from Great Eastern Trading Co. in Baguihati (kolkata) vide Invoice No. 19/SA/1516/02396dated 10-05-2015. We have purchased this machine by trusting that the machine will purifies the water, but we noticed that ants and insects were getting inside the water storage tank, which gave us the horrible experience of the such facilities like RO, UV, UF etc in the machine.
We filed the complaint many times to your service centre Pramit Enterprises in Nagerbazar Kolkata and his executives gave us the surprising advice like drawing of laksham rekha outside the machine, spraying hit and other stuffs. We later on complaint to the service centre vide complaint no. 160107-01412 dated 08-01-2016 and the executive came and hanged the kala jeera in musclin cloth in the machine and the centre person guided us to have pesticides in the kitchen.
After having so many complaints and advices from your staffs the issue is still not resolved because it seems that there is a technical manufacturing defects in your kent purifier as the storage tank is not completely packed, which allows the insects and ants to get inside the water tank
Sorry to say but all these responses and defects are not expected from such a reputed company, as I was using Aquaguard water purifiers since 1995 and never faces any problems neither from the water purifier nor from their service centres or customer care desk. I committed a big mistake by replacing my Aquaguard purifier with your Kent purifier.
The complaint number "160121-01857" dated 21st Jan 2016 is still not resolved and I want permanent solution for this defective machine instead of temporary services provided by your agents. In my knowledge and discussion with your service agents this machine could not be repaired due to the technical defect in the box and it should be replaced by the company with the other models of Kent.
Please take the initiative as early as possible as the machine water is not drinkable due to insect problems.
