DEAR SIR KENT RO IS HAVING WORST SERVICE AND INSTALLATION INFRASTRUCTURE. I REGISTERED MY INSTALLATION CALL AT CHANDIGARH SERVICE CENTER . NO ONE TURNED FOR THE THREE DAYS DESPITE OF REGULAR FOLLOWS UPS . AFTER FOLLOWS UP TECHNICIAN REACHED TO US BUT INSTEAD OF INSTALLING HE TOLD US INSTALLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE WITH IN FIVE MINUTES HE LEFT . I AM REALLY FEELING VERY HARASSED WITH THE NEGATIVE ATTITUDE OF SERVICE CENTER . I EVEN OFFERED THAT I WILL CALL MY TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL THE PURIFIER UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER TECHNICIAN BUT THEY TOLD ME THIS WAY KENT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. I AM NOT INTERESTED TO INSTALL KENT RO MY HOME AFTER THIS EPISODE WITH ME . THE RO IS IN FACTORY SEALED PACKED CONDITION AND WANT TO RETURN IT AS I HAVE NO FAITH IN KENT SERVICES . PL HELP ME TO GET RID OF KENT RO AS THEY HAVE POOREST SERVICES
