I purchased kent mineral RO on 9/3/2016, after 15 days i started facing problem in the filter & when i complained about it service engineer visited & replaced some filter part. Again i faced same problem it has been more than 15 times in past 6-7 months that i lodged complaint to the company for one or other problem.But till now my complaint hasnt been resolved, latest complaint i made on 15/11/2016 but company is not at all ready to replace the filter or rectify the problem on permanent basis. More than 10 times i have visited the dealer from whom I purchased this filter but there is no resolution to my problem from either side.I am facing many problems due to non working of this filter. I cant afford a new filter.Am fed up of complaining now & not getting resolution. This is case of unnecessary harassment of consumer. I request the supreme authorities to intervene in the matter & take necessary strict required action on urgent basisi
