I replaced a carbon membrane in November in my Kent water purifier and I was told by the kent water purifier authorised service cente at bhubaneswar,odisha that three months warranty is there in this membrane.In February 1st week the membrane got damaged and on reporting to service centre they say again I ll ve to buy a new one which costs Rs 2500/-.In the meantime while attending the water purifier the service engineer broken the water purifier and the service centre says I ll ve to bear all the expenses of repairing the purifier.I ve mailed/called many times to the company and service centre but they are neither bothered nor listens,They are not concerned at all.Request to act against such 3rd grade companies and robbers.
