Complaint against Kent RO System for Part did not replaced under warranty

I have brought Kent RO System of Serial No. KR1512022020 on 12th-Mar-16.
I faced some issue in water test level so called to customer care on 5th-Sep-16 for service. The Request No. is 160905-00546. Service engineer visited and found TDS was increases but he told to observe one week more after that filter needs to be changed but he did not visit again. Once again I called customer care on 17th-Sep-16, the request No. is 190917-00151. Engineer visited and test water TDS, he found increased in TDS, so he recommend for filter change. I told him to change the filter but he said that it will be changeable of Rs.1000/, I asked why then he told because of 6-month date expired. I discuss him that it is in continuation of previous complaint which was not resolved yet, but he refused to do so and also the area manager also refused to resolve the issue.
I mail the Company customer care, Service Engineer visited and replaced only one part and for second par he charged Rs.500/ and told that this is the company instruction. I paid him Rs.500 for the time being but not agree because part was under warranty, so need your support.
