Sub: complaint against bad product
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Kent Prime TC RO machine No.KR140919115 in the name of my mother Mrs. Ramvati from your company on 25.2.2015 for Rs.16,200/- paid in cash vide CIN No. of the bill U41000BL2007PLC161952, order no.140614196. (Copy enclosed).
The R.O. was not working properly and I have complaint about the defect many times i.e. on 11.3.2015, 23.3.2015, 27.5.2015, 7.12.2015, 15.2.2016 and 19.5.2016. Your service engineer came every time but after some day of repairing it become out of order, that means there is manufacturing defect of the R.O.
I have also requsted you to replace the R.O. with new one as there is a manufacturing defect vide my complaint dated 27.5.2015 to you and a consumer activist, Society for Consumers' & Investors' Protection. The society has also forwarded my complaint to you on the same day but you did not want even to reply the complaint. (Copy of complaints enclosed).
Recently when I contacted over phone to lodge my complaint, your company says that warrantee period has expired so they will replace the R.O. if full amount of the new R.O. will be deposited. It means your company's motive to expire the warrantee period while I submitted complaint to you every time.
Most of my family members have suffered from different diseases after using the drinking water from this R.O. as you neither sort out the defect of the product nor replaced with new one, which affect the health of my family members and expenditure of huge money.
Therefore, it is again requested to kindly replace the R.O. with new one within 10 day of the date of this letter otherwise I will file a case in the consumer court against you and your company.
