My Aquaguard geneus+ was not working since 11th instant. I complaint and their people visited and put machine on RESERVE MODE, & we got drinking water But after that no water came, 12th was Sunday we didn't complain. On 13th we make complain to Guwahati office and online vide service request no. 0087625560. 14th to 16th their service man visited but could not rectify the machine. On 16th evening service man D. Goswami cell no 9854865678 with a helper opened the machine & kept on the floor in open condition with a promise to come next day. But till now no one came even I remained him this evening from my regd.cell no (can verify). Purchased terms & condition of co.'s manual was not fulfilled. Even my family is facing a lot problem for last 7 DAYS. Till now I did not receive any call or mail from the company I also talked to service in charge Guwahati A. Dutta Mob 8876250784 Now we are not getting any drinking water moreover machine parts on the floor is another problem. Facing extreme problem after purchasing the best product of the co.

    Facing issue of water impurity .Had call to customer care four time.
    Complaint no is 0088090207 ,0088224100 & 0088224100 but nobody has visited yet.I am unhappy with service & nobody is responding.Kindly look into that earliest otherwise I Will go for legal action against that.

    Water over flow of my new machine. by Kunal Maitra:

    I had purchase Aquaguard 5 months back and from last four months water is overflowing from upper side of the machine.We also raised the complain 3 times and the concerned person has checked & repaired but the same problem is arising after 2-3 days.

    Request you to kindly provide a permanent solution to this.

    I given complaint so many times on repair about aquaguard genius still there is no response worst service

    Please do not be fooled and buy any product of aquaguard. Request has been made for aquaguard smart water filter vide service request no.2008263699 dated 21.06.2018 has not been attended till date inspire of 100s of calls. Also taken AMC for two years till 22.06.2020 vide contract receipt no.0061295 dated 21.06.2018 but they repeatedly reminding for renewal of AMC.
