With reference to this the complain regarding water purifier(aquaguard classic) of Eureka company was launched 36 hours ago. There is no action taken till now and the response of the service team was highly poor and ill mannered. Being a senior citizen the service team was impolite and doesn't know how to talk.They hanged up my phone and denied that I have paid the maintenance cost. I have been using their product for the last 18 years and when I have no potable water to drink for the past 36 hours, they haven't revert back yet. I have mailed them and have called them end number of times. I have paid the Mantainence for two years in advance and we're not getting the service on time. When the maintenance fee comes to an end after every two years they constantly remind to pay the maintenance fee through mail, sms and phone but when I need their service, they don't even care to at least tell me the status or give me an update of my issue.If they can't provide me the service then I need a refund back from them. I request you to anticipate and look into the matter as it can happen with other senior citizens also. Kindly look into it and hoping for a quick response. Receipt of maintenance is enclosed for your reference please find the attachment.
