The Restaurant Charges the services Charge forcefully on the customer after the GST taxes .Even if the consumer is not willing to pay the Service charge .The manager States its the govt allows them to put service change ,even if the customer is not willing to pay them Have attached bill detail for reference.Also have attached the govt order for not collecting service charge forcefully from the customer. This argument lead to the harassment of consumer at there hospitality restaurant and Bar. I kumar Sourabh went to there restaurant today 26 August 2018 ,They dont state it any where in there terms and condition for there drinks menu that they will be charging any service charge on the bill.The manager argues continuously and harassed us for 30 mins even when we showed him the government guideline .
