Charged 18% GST for Open Restaurant complaint to Punjab Grill Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd.

I have visited Punjab Grill Restaurant in Pheonix Mall, Pune. I have taken seat in the open area (non-AC) to have my dinner. But in bill they have charged me 18% GST along with 10 % service charge. As per my information, 18% GST is applicable for AC restaurant only and thay can't charge me for providing the service. There menu items cost also seems to be very high as compared to other restaurants.
