yesterday on 30 aug'2017 me and my family had dinner at ZAFFRAN kandivali east. where we had some wine and food.
we were charged 25 % of VAT and 10% of service charge.
just want to know if vat is still applicable?there is no GST registration no on the invoice.. only VAT TIN NO-- 27070855110V
plz. clarify.. my cell no- 9320047000
