The worst kind of service is provided by Jio to their customer, As per Jio’s customer care representative commitment (Mr Sampat), my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs.
According to him, he was aligning the vendor to pick up the router in June, but nothing has been done yet. Your customer representatives said we don’t have a vendor facility available to pick up the router of JIO.
We marked you people multiple emails but no response from your side. Neither a single vendor visited our place to pick up the router nor the refund processed.
How many reminders do I need to send to Jio appellate.del@jio.com and businesscare@jio.com?
If this type of ignoring attitude JIO shows to the customer
I have been waiting from Jan 31st, 2022 to 04th Nov 2022. Why are you people not processing the 3500/- refund amount?
Please tell me how much I need to wait for my refund. We are continuously marking emails to Jio Team but no fruitful results.
Please have a look into the matter in a strict manner because it was too delayed at JIO's end.
