Hi,
its been over an year being connected to relaince jio . and its been such a painful journey because of dead poor networks. i have tried to get connect to them through customer care, official compalint id ,even twitter yet no solidresponse have been made yet. we are 5 memebers here using jio with such a bad quality services.we all equally make recahrge of worth 399/- every months and wht we are getting in return!? tehy are launching new products everyday but cant fix the issues with existing products.its total harrassment of the customers . i want it to be fixed or the total refund of the payments we family members ahve made till or fix some network boosters or anything to easen us our troubles.
