Not sending bill but charging money

Despite numerous calls, emails and messages, jio is not sharing the last bill of my ported out number (9910162621).
Though they charged me rs 405 for the service of jan 2022 and even charged me rs 119 as late payment fee but are not sharing the bill with me.
I guess it’s illegal to charge someone and not issue the bill.
Please help
