Stolen my data by provider, I am a customer of Reliance jio.I had recharged by 97 rupees

Sir,
With due respect I am a customer of Reliance jio.I had recharged by 97 rupees at my jio no. On 9.9.18 at my jio no.8789714339.

I use my data through only mobile phone for 2 or 3 hours per day.Jio provider intimated me on 11 September that your 1 GB data have finished and again informed me by jio provider on 13 September that your your 2 GB data have finished.Whereas I haven't use above data by my mobile.
So you are requested to that please scrutinize my matter and take needful action.otherwise I will proceed in shelter of consumer form.
