I am a valuable customer of Jio prepaid in Rajasthan circle and my resident address is nimbari gate kumhar mohalla jhalrapatan (parmanent) city pin code:-326023

My name is Vishal bairwa and I am a prepaid customer of Jio my issue is my location the Internet speed is very low as 40kbps to max 50 kbps in every time average speed is 40 kbps to 50 kbps morning to evening but I am using 4g internet and this speed is not 4g this speed is like 2g and I am not satisfy with this low 2g speed because I pay the 4g service rate but they not provide 4g speed so please escalate my complaint and solve this net speed problem as soon as possible if you are not solve low speed net problem then the Jio has not been survive at this place and the company image is represented as bad image that is a big problem by your business side....many costomer are change Jio to other telecom companies like idea 4g airtel 4g vodafone 4g and definitely next is me if the internet problem is not solved because other isp is provide very good speed at the same plan and why we are facing speed issue with your ISP.....today I am go to my nearest Jio office and the office is only 50 meter far away from my home and i said the problem to your office and he said the customer base is very huge in this area because we are not provide much speed and I am very sorry this is the wording of your company employer this is very bad attitude....
