I availed Jio's Giga Fibre preview offer of broadband & installed Jio Giga Fibre broadband services on 10th Feb'2019 & deposited 4500/- as refundable security. . AS per Companies Marketing executive assurance , in case of non satisfaction with their services, security amount of 4500/- will be refunded within 45 days. As I was not satisfied with their services, I requested for refund of security for Rs. 4500 on 13th Feb'2019. More then 60 days have passed & wrote numerous e-mails to them but refund of Rs. 4500/- is still not received.
