I'm Claim Refund of ₹1950 MyJio A/c 2 Plans ₹1699+₹251/ Recharge Amount paid for Jio 4G Plans because Jio as a service provide failed to provide Mobile Network LTE+VOLTE & Mobile Internet Service_Now Daily & Regular issue of Jio 4G Network Down & Connectivity & Coverage Disrupted Maximum times in everyday,Today 24/June/2020 Early in the morning at 6:00a.m. to till 12:40p.m. Jio 4G Network & Calls Dropped & Network Fluctuating at Pandu Port Rd, opp. Kamakhya Colony, Kamakhya Colony, Bara Bazar, Pandu Guwahati Assam 781012 India Lat:26.16236, Lng: 91.69381 & 23/June/2020 at 10:00p.m. to till 11:00p.m. Jio Network Dropped main Causes Jio 4G Tower Worse Condition no power backup when a power cut in electicity at same time jio tower & coverage also collepes My Home Location at: East, Kamakhya Colony, Maligaon, Guwahati, Assam 781010, India Lat: 26.163934522007274, Lng: 91.69593527913095 Airtel installed 4G Tower at Lat: 26.164737681202705, Lng: 91.69646233320236 nearest at my home_From 4 Years Now Jio Care yet not Upgrade Network or Not Installed a Single Tower in our Areas, Jio Installed a Tower at Adabari far away from our location but Coverage & mobile internet Speeds issue facing too much Maximum time everyday & now Regular a Problems_At Adabari areas too power cut & load shading daily issue & Jio Installed 4G Tower in Adabari area but no power backup arrangement in Jio Towers on emergency when a electicity power cut, that is the way facing trouble with Jio 4G Network dropped with every electicity power cut, Today 24/June/2020 Adabari areas Long Power Cut from 6:00a.m. to till 12:40p.m. & in 6:00p.m again Jio 4G Network also Dropped without any power backup at this time period.23/June/2020 at 5:00p.m. Jio 4G Network any moments everyday, Sometimes early in the morning_ or 9:00-10:00a.m. in the morning or 11:00a.m. to 12:00p.m._ or 1:00p.m-2:00p.m._ or 3:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. or 5:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. or 7:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. or 9:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. or 11:00p.m to 12:00a.m. between this time period Jio Network dropped for 1 to 2 hours daily 4 to 5 times now a regular problems & issues facing trouble with Jio 4G Network,*Sometimes Jio Network dropped for 12 to 15 hours i.e Jio network dropped in a day & come netwok its next day*I'm Complaning about Jio Network LTE+VOLTE Connectivity issues more then 3 years Still I'm Complaning about this Jio 4G Network & Registered So Many Service Request & Complaints with Jio Customer Care like Jio Facebook Page, Jio Instagram ID, Jio Twitter Handler by Email Id of Jio Care or by Calling Jio Customer Care but it was in vain, No one Service Request & Complaints Still yet not Solved by Jio Care_ Still Jio Customers Claims Jio has no Network issues & Providing World Class Network!_ Every reply like copy past massages everywhere on Social Media Platform on Jio Facebook Pages, Jio Instagram ID Jio Twitter Handler & Emails without listening any issues or solving any complaints_So Many Complaints & Service Request Registerd by Jio Care within 3 Years but any Solution yet received!Jio Complaints ID & Service Request No: SR00000MYG1P; SR00000TEGX6; SR00000NO1NG; SR00000NO1NE; SR00000NO1ND; SR00000NO1NA; SR00000MRYOY; SR00000MQA7L; All Complaints & Service Request Registerd by Jio Care but Still yet not Solved any Complaints by Jio Care.Since Lockdown imposed in Guwahati Jio Network & Towers Collepes & Disrupted Connectivity all type mobile service in many location in the Guwahati City.MyJio A/c 2 Plans ₹1699 1.5GB/Day 365Days Validity & ₹251/ 2GB/Day 51Days Validity Active Packs Usage & Validity Expired without any used because of Jio worse 4G Network dropped everyday 4 to 5 times for 1-2 hours & Sometimes Jio Network Dropped for 12 to 15 hours that I'm facing daily trouble with Jio NetworkI'm paid for ₹1699+₹251 Jio 4G Plans not for 2G Plans_My Recharge ₹1709 on 30 November2019 transaction ID: BR0030D7WR5 usage active on 28 December 2019 & Validity expire on 27 December 2020 & My Another Recharge of ₹251 on 19 February 2020; transaction ID: 537620596 Valid for 51DaysJio 4G internet speed like as 2G internet Speed 20 to 50Kbps/sec in our location Jio 2G Level Mobile internet speed useless & wastage valuable times of our lifeJio 4G Network Coverage, Dropped & Fluctuating Network issues & Low Speed issue & mobile internet connectivity issueJio as a mobile service provider fail to provide basic mobile service LTE+VOLTE Calling & Data Connectivity all together too much issues on Jio 4G Network Worse Condition on Jio Towers I'm Can't hold on Jio NetworkJio as a mobile service provider refund my amounts as soon as possible i paid for_
