Reliance digi SIM subscribe, have aadhar card from Odisha, but there is no such policy

Hi,
i am Jitendra from bangalore, i have aadhar card from Odisha, but there is no such policy that i should have karnataka aadhar card to get sim.

Reliance digi show rooms are reusing to give sim, if you have other state aadhar card.

please clarify on this
