Refund issue & Irrelevant response on my query

I had taken a JioFiber on Feb 2020 and Canceled on May 31st and Device submitted on 2nd July and after they given time to refund the amount withing 45-60 days still they did not done and even on my mail replies every time sending irrelavant responces and nothing proper respond i recieved and even through twitter and for this tried to call customer care but i was not connecting even if i wait 1 hour on the call and called the sales person and informed many times still nothing happened and finally lodged complaint on Ingram (Consumer Online Forum) with No.2237510 saying wrong which they saying they asked another account details but i did not recieved any mail on this i was asking to plz check if there any proof becoz i can provide all proofs which includes mail and call recording conversations so plz help us in this
