I have been using Idea vodafone services on number 9569625028 and i made porting request of the same number from vodafone idea to Jio.The total due from vodafone idea was Rs.384.13 and the same was paid using phonePe app of Rs 400 on dated 10 August 2020 by transaction ID N2008100955064828257073 AND BBPS Transaction ID PHNN2008100955064828257073.
The transaction details are also attached for your reference.
The same detail was forwarded to Jio Customer care. When today, I enquired from Jio customer care about my above terminated number. They said that your transaction detail was sent to vodafone idea and they have declined the payment. Therefore we terminated your number.
We therefore request to to look into the same and do the needful at the earliest possible.
Your kind cooperation in regard will be highly appreciated.
I suffered a loss due to this without any prior notice
