No calling plan false commitment services with Jio plans

Sir I have Jio Phone and I cant use whole data or half data so i need a plan who can give only calling no data
like - another service provider 10rs recharge and get 7. something talktime and unlimited validity so i need that type of plan i contacted jio they said we dont have plan yet and i does not
get specific answer so i contact you
please say this to trai (telecom regulatory authority of india )
and help consumers
