Jio network fluctuation from last 2 months,the jio network in my area is less than 20kbps.

respected incharge,
from last 2 months,the jio network in my area is less than 20kbps.
i have made several complains during this period but all my request had fall on deaf ears of the customer care executive. Jio is showing hoax network speed but the truth is that even watsapp msgs are not being sent. i think the name which the company had earned in the last few month is now getting incinerated by these technical faults and negligence. The internet speed cannot justify the speed of 4G network and i think there is no use of spending 400 bucks on this blemished network. henceforth,i request you to look into the matter of network flaws otherwise i would be compelled to turn down my jio network and i would further file a case in the consumer forum.
