Internet not working, recharged my existing plan on 18 Jul 17 but not getting internet facility.

I recharged my existing plan on 18 Jul 17 but not getting internet facility. I rang up to customer care and told about it, they reply service will start on 20 Jul 17 after 1200 hrs. Internet is not working after the said time. I rang up to customer care on 199, 198, 079 26578878 and 1800-88-99999 from 1300 hrs to 1530 hrs continuously but i listen only computerized music. I got mentally harassed. Kindly switch off the JIO customer care.
