I, Sajida Begum W/o Late Syed Haneef would like to bring to your a case WP No.28398 of 2015 about the illegal construction going on at lad bazar,charminar, hyderabad. The construction is being carried out by Mr.Maqdoom Mohiuddin,H.No 20-4-1200 to 1203. They have received an order from the high court to stop the construction and break down the construction. Later on the GHMC have sealed the property inorder to stop the construction. But yesterday they have broken down the seal and began the construction again. I would like to bring into your notice the illegal action being carried on in spite of continously receiving the notices and orders rom the court. Looking forward to your action.
