I port to jio and call quality and internet speed worse - Jio Postpaid connection

I recently got transferred from delhi to kolkata so I port my delhi official Airtel postapaid sim 8826784131 to jio postpaid and from day 1 i face issue with call quality and network speed and they keep me waiting again again when i call them and ask for resolution.Now it is 15-20 days they can't rectify the matter and today one of their customer care representative told me they can't assure any time of resolution.Now I want to port back my sim because that is my official sim and I really really suffer with jio.
