I have ported from Airtel Postpaid to Reliance Jio. Before porting in i had applied for WhatsApp Credit Limit Transfer which promised me to give me same credit limit available on my Airtel Postpaid account. Now when completing Jio porting request, Jio store enrolled me in a different plan and even charged me with security fees of Rs. 500. As per FAQ in Jio app, if i apply for whatsapp credit limit tranfer i am not liable to pay any upfront amount and i will get the same credit limit. However this never happend. I was charged upfront amount and i even did not get credit limit as promised. I have made several compliants. I haven't received any solution yet.
