Dear Madam/Sir,
I'm Brajesh Kumar Sharma here. I want to registered my complaint against Jio.com incase recharge not successfully done even after dabit balance 149 from my SBI Account. I had done my recharge of Rs.149/- with jio number 6375754929 through jio.com official recharge portal on 04/07/2018 at 7:30 pm yesterday. Recharge payment had done successfully after process of recharge and Rs. 149 had debited from my SBI Account that time but I didn't get any balance or profit of the recharge. The Jio did not send me any message or Email for conformation of the recharge. When I talked to Customer Care Excutive, he said that Any kind of service request of recharge Rs. 149 we didn't get yet here and Your recharge has been declined by system automatically and You will be refund Rs. 149 in next 24 hours. But Sir neither I get any refund amount in my SBI bank Account yet nor successfully done my recharge till now.
