An existing connection in my father’s name was disconnected stating it is not feasible to serve the locality and they said that its not possible to refund the paid amount.

Recharge of Rs.3536.46 was completed on 12th September 2022 and the connection was disconnected on 26th September 2022 and the issue has not been resolved till date and I have been getting messages that the service engineer tried to reach out but no one was at home or society issues and various other reasons whereas there is no issues of such kind.
On 11th December 2022 a Sales representative said visited our place and said that they can provide us with a new connection but could not resolve the existing connection issue.
They sold us a new connection for Rs.5306.46 to the same building which was not servicable.
We tried to reach out to the Sales Manager Mr.Manu hoping that he will rectify the issue but the manager didn’t receive the call or tried calling back inspite of calling n number of times.
