Hi,

I have bought a flat with Shriram Properties in Bangalore in Shriram Summit apartment and the builder has stopped the work from May-2016 onwards. There are 800+ buyers affected due to this. The CRM team of Shriram Properties Limited has responded with timeline of May/Jun-2017 which is 6 months delay from original date of handing over the apartment in Dec-2016. Also, the clarity w.r.t what would be handed over in May/Jun 2017 is not very clear and Shriram management has been non-responsive to resident buyers demands.

We request your help in this regards as there is no clarity when the work will begin again.
