Taking long time to refund against Flight Booking id: FF2008258124552

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have booked one Air ticket (From- AMD To CCU, dated 25th Dec 2020) through Flipkart Travel.

But, due to cancellation of flight from Indigo total amount is refunded to Flipkart Travel. Credit Note also initiated on dated 22-Nov-2020 which is attached.

While called to Flipkart Travel help care customer support executive assure me refund will be initiate by today/tomorrow.

Already 35 days over but the amount was not credited to the account.

May I requesting you to investigate the matter and help me to get the refund.
