Specsmakers issue Wrong product delivered

Ordered annual Contact lenses on 19-Feb-17. Entire amount was paid in advance and after a rigorous followup a different specification lenses were delivered. On making a complaint and returning the product they kept making false promises for the replacement. When I highlighted this on social network, that is when they started working on this and despite all this followups I finally received them on 6th May.
Now, the product delivered is only valid for 6 months, as the product price has increased now.
If the product price was to increase then they should have delivered within the promised timeline. After so much of followups how can they deliver a different product with a non-acceptable explanation.
