Refund issues....and room were denied at dat hotel stating that they were bo more part of oyo groups

Since 4-5 we have been contacting customer care they are also not responding us well .....we have already paid for room through online but wen we reached they were denied and immediately we had called customer care they sorry and money will be refunded within 24 hrs ....but it is so worst response from customer care
