Under warranty AC became non-functional. Lodged complaint to company vide SR 180428229O0271 on dated 28th April 2018. Despite lapse of almost 24 days and our repeated requests on call, no resolution given by company. The AC was purchased on 17 Oct 2017 from Amazon India with one year comprehensive warrenty.Company's engineer visited thrice and said that they don't have new parts for replacement. We requested them to replace the entire unit. But no reponse was given. Please take up the matter and get it replaced. If they do not replace the piece we would have no option but to lodge complaint in consumer court.
